Every agent will receive a single-task mandate, a maximum transaction value, an expiry time, and a human signer. An agent may hold an identity and produce a research record, yet ownership does not grant unlimited action. Physical robots face the same rule: completion must be inspected before payment, and equipment records cannot change because a machine reported success.
