The latest privacy message from BelNet begins with a blunt observation: people are tracked online more than they realize. That concern is larger than a browser setting. Night Ash personnel move between public networks, mobile devices, garages and temporary command posts, so one careless session can expose relationships, schedules and route intent even when the message itself remains encrypted.

Infrastructure Command will separate privacy into three controls: what an operator may reveal, what a service must retain and what command must audit. A tool that conceals activity from outsiders but leaves no accountable internal record is incomplete. A service that records everything indefinitely is equally unacceptable. Each route needs an explicit retention window and named authority for exceptional access.
