Each connection still needs a map of issuer, custodian, validator, data provider, redemption operator, and the authority empowered to halt settlement when evidence diverges.

Infrastructure Command will open two evaluations: one tokenized-collateral route and one agent-documentation route. The latter follows Hedera's move to make documentation readable by agents, but every automated action must use restricted authority, preview its effect, and leave a durable record. The collateral trial will measure issuance, transfer, valuation, redemption, and interruption as separate accountable stages.
The competitive heat can improve public infrastructure if operators keep making their obligations explicit. Hackathons involving 747 projects across 58 countries and networks serving hundreds of millions of accounts expand the talent and demand base. Night Ash will direct that energy toward systems whose ownership, data availability, and recovery remain legible under stress, creating room for institutional growth without surrendering operational discipline.
