Midnight Muster brings a quick-play tournament, wheel tickets, live reward codes and previews of upcoming features into one game night available across iOS and Android. The format compresses competition, distribution and product discovery into a short window. That energy is useful, but it also makes it easy for a reward to detach from the match, device or member action that was supposed to earn it.
The Equipment Directorate will issue a match receipt before it issues a portable prize. Each receipt names the member identity, tournament rule set, completed round, reward class and redemption window. A live code may open the claim path, but the code alone cannot prove eligibility. Wheel tickets remain campaign instruments until the system witnesses the action that converts them into a member-owned result.
Cross-device play adds a custody challenge. A member may enter on one phone, recover on another and inspect equipment later from a desktop garage. Night Ash will preserve one ownership history across those surfaces while separating temporary event access from durable gear. Upcoming feature previews will never be interpreted as equipment already issued or functionality already live.
Official Xai documentation describes $XAI as the network gas token and as a token intended for games and in-game item payments. That live utility supplies the primary settlement context, but Night Ash Arcade currently uses a closed `$XAI` score. Any future movement from score to network utility remains ROADMAP work and must pass custody, eligibility and value-transfer review before the two systems touch.
The first muster will run eight rounds for sixty-four members while command rotates devices, expires ten codes and duplicates one public display name. The system must award each valid result once, refuse detached codes and let every member inspect the route from match receipt to final equipment state. Operators will also verify that promotional previews cannot create inventory or spending authority.
After five musters close with no duplicate claim, orphaned ticket or mistaken identity, the Directorate can permit selected equipment to travel into longer Night Ash routes. The excitement of a live code will remain, but the prize will carry a history stronger than the moment that revealed it. Competition then builds the organization because every reward can explain who earned it, where it belongs and what it may do next.
