Settlement Engineering will require a before-and-after replay package for every economic patch. It contains the affected interval, original events, corrected ordering rule, expected balances, actual balances and reviewer signature. A patch cannot close its own incident. Independent replay must show that correction repairs the defect without rewriting valid player outcomes.
