AnyTrust depends on data remaining available through an explicit operating structure, not on confidence alone. Night Ash will mirror that principle in its evidence register: a recommendation cannot control a route unless the supporting record survives independently of the interface that presented it. The committee model informs our architecture; it does not mean every internal signal is already committed to Xai.
