XIP-1 completed a seven-day vote with 30,001,417 votes in favor, zero against and the required participation and majority thresholds satisfied. Four specified actions moved into an execution period. The decision is unusually clear; the remaining risk is allowing unanimity to blur which owner must deliver each action and how completion will be proven.
Governance Operations will split the result into four execution cards. Each card records authority, responsible team, dependency, earliest valid action, deadline, rollback rule and public receipt. The vote record remains immutable. Delivery teams may report obstacles, but they cannot reinterpret the approved scope or merge an unfinished action into a completed neighbor.
Xai Sentry Nodes offer desktop and command-line participation paths for contributors supporting the network. Night Ash will use that distributed vigilance pattern for execution monitoring. Independent watchers will verify scheduled transitions and receipt availability, while no action owner may certify their own completion without a separate observation.
A dry run will place one valid action, one premature action, one action with a missing dependency and one correctly delayed action into the same execution room. Watchers must release only the valid transition, preserve the others and explain the hold against the approved card. A command-line observer and desktop observer must reach the same status from the same event record.
The proposal closes after all four cards carry matching execution and watcher receipts. Zero dissent does not lower the evidence threshold. Any card that misses its deadline remains visibly open, and any emergency change requires its own authority rather than borrowing the original vote. The aggregate status may never round three completed actions into four.
Unanimity can become durable capacity when it arrives with disciplined execution. Night Ash gains a repeatable path from collective decision to observable delivery, contributors receive a meaningful watch role and future proposals inherit clearer cards. The vote's strength will be measured by four finished actions that anyone can inspect independently after release.
