Migration Starts After the Announcement

Crypto Unicorns and BattlePlan have moved established game activity toward Xai, putting asset continuity, player identity and rollback under an operating clock.

Night report

Crypto Unicorns and Pixel Vault's BattlePlan publicly moved from Polygon to Xai. The announcement is the visible edge of a larger operation: existing players, game state, owned objects, support expectations and economic records must cross without becoming strangers to one another. Migration becomes real when ordinary play survives the change of underlying route.

Game Migration Command will maintain a manifest for every state class. Player identity, inventory, progress, pending rewards, marketplace orders and dispute history receive separate owners and reconciliation rules. The source state is frozen at a signed cutoff, while late events enter a clearly marked queue instead of disappearing into an improvised second snapshot.

Xai is a gaming-focused Layer 3 built with Arbitrum Orbit, Nitro and AnyTrust for web3 games at scale. Night Ash will use that live architecture as the destination reference. The migration team must verify network parameters, availability assumptions and settlement behavior before mapping any game object onto its new execution path.

A rehearsal will copy one thousand test identities with deliberately awkward histories: duplicated names, pending rewards, partially completed quests and an item listed during the cutoff minute. Operators must produce one final owner and one traceable outcome for each object. A simulated destination outage will then test whether the source freeze and rollback package remain usable.

Public opening requires one hundred percent manifest accounting, zero orphaned identities, signed totals for each asset class and a support route for every unresolved exception. The old path remains read-only until two destination reconciliations match. No marketing countdown can shorten the review window or convert an unknown record into a successful transfer.

The two games can arrive with their histories intact when migration is treated as a controlled handoff rather than a launch moment. Players keep recognizable progress, studios gain a repeatable route and Xai receives activity that can be inspected under load. Each reconciled cohort will make the next transfer faster without making it less accountable.
