The labelled six-month balance measure rose from the retained September 19 baseline of 24.222051 million XAI to 30.299204 million at 03:56:46 UTC on October 4. Official Xai documentation describes token allocation, unlock and redemption mechanics, but it does not map this measured label to an address owner or counterparty. The change therefore cannot be presented as a purchase, sale or issuer action.

Trading activity eased in separate observations. XAI closed at $0.00968 on October 3, while spot volume fell to $608,618.40 from $1,236,117.30 a day earlier. Recorded open interest declined to $2,589,628 at 16:59:34 UTC on October 4 from $2,641,445.80 in the prior reviewed snapshot; funding remained 0.005% at 16:00 UTC. Different sources and timestamps prevent a causal inference between the balance measure and market activity.
