Arbitrum announced on September 17 that Stabletrust Pay, from Fairblock, lets users send and receive encrypted stablecoin payments on Arbitrum One. Its official Telegram channel preserves the announcement and links to the original post.

Fairblock's SDK documents encrypted amounts and balances, with separate clients for visible wallet addresses and relay-based transfers. Confidentiality therefore depends on the chosen implementation. The repository labels its listed contract addresses as testnet deployments; those addresses do not independently verify the announced mainnet service.
