Avalanche says TDRA and Deca4 plan to connect its network to a UAE PASS digital vault; TDRA's service page does not verify deployment.
On September 14, 2026, Avalanche announced that the UAE Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA), working with Deca4, planned to integrate Avalanche into a digital-vault service associated with UAE PASS. The statement describes a plan attributed to Avalanche; it does not establish that the integration was deployed, authorized for nationwide production use or processing government documents.
TDRA's UAE Verify page describes a service that records hashes of trusted digital documents on a blockchain and lets users retrieve and share verified documents through UAE PASS. That page supports the service model, but it does not name Avalanche or Deca4 and supplies no launch date for this integration. The evidence therefore supports a planned connection, not a completed UAE PASS rollout or government endorsement of AVAX.
