Canary Launches INJC on Nasdaq With Staking Exposure
The issuer’s launch announcement follows registration effectiveness; staking rewards and principal remain at risk.

Canary Capital announced the Nasdaq launch of its Staked INJ ETF, INJC, on November 5. An SEC notice records the registration’s effectiveness at 4 p.m. on November 4; that notice and the issuer’s subsequent launch are distinct milestones. The fund seeks INJ price exposure and staking rewards reflected, after staking expenses, in its assets. It gives brokerage users another access route, without demonstrating how much new demand that route will attract. Canary warns that rewards are not guaranteed, staking can incur losses, and the product lacks the protections of funds registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940.
