Canary Files Updated Staked INJ ETF Prospectus
The September 24 preliminary prospectus targets direct INJ exposure and anticipates staking at least 90% of the trust’s INJ under normal conditions, but the filing is not yet effective.

Canary Capital filed an amended preliminary prospectus for the Canary Staked INJ ETF dated September 24. The trust is designed to provide direct exposure to INJ, with BitGo Bank & Trust named as custodian. Under normal conditions, the sponsor anticipates staking at least 90% of the trust’s INJ, while retaining some tokens for redemptions, expenses or asset protection.
The SEC document explicitly says the information is incomplete and may change, and that shares cannot be sold until the registration statement becomes effective. The filing therefore documents a proposed product structure, not an approved fund or a confirmed launch date.
