ether.fi Acquires Selected Zeal Assets as App Winds Down

Zeal users have a voluntary migration path to ether.fi and are asked to move assets by December 1.

Zeal said ether.fi acquired selected assets from the wallet company and will offer existing users a voluntary, guided transition. The Zeal app is winding down, and users are asked to move assets by December 1, 2026; the transfer is not automatic.

The notice says accounts, keys and funds remain under user control, with each transfer requiring confirmation. The deal therefore expands ether.fi's user-acquisition channel, while the immediate operational issue is whether Zeal users complete the migration before the app's deadline.
