Infosys and Chainlink announced a strategic partnership on September 22 to help financial institutions develop and operate onchain products. Infosys says its Finacle banking platform and consulting network will be combined with Chainlink services for market data, identity, compliance, interoperability and lifecycle automation.
The announcement describes a delivery partnership and intended capabilities, not a completed client deployment. The companies identify tokenized assets, cross-border payments and automated corporate actions as target uses, but disclose no named customer, transaction volume or production timetable. The practical consequence is a larger enterprise channel for Chainlink infrastructure; adoption still depends on later institution-specific implementations.
