Ledger Wallet Adds Morpho-Powered Crypto Loan
Morpho says eligible Ledger Wallet users can borrow stablecoins against wrapped Bitcoin through Yield.xyz without transferring custody to Ledger.

Morpho announced on October 7 that Crypto Loan had begun rolling out in Ledger Wallet. Eligible self-custody users can post WBTC or cbBTC to isolated Morpho markets and borrow stablecoins through an in-app integration supplied by Yield.xyz. Morpho’s contracts hold the collateral and handle interest, position accounting and liquidation; the announcement says users can repay and withdraw while their position remains healthy.
The release describes a noncustodial borrowing route, not a fixed-rate or risk-free loan. It does not disclose a universal interest rate, total credit extended, user count or adoption target. Borrowing remains subject to collateral health and liquidation, while eligibility and specific market terms depend on the available Ledger Wallet flow.
