Grass: market access and validated network work are different tests

A tradable reward does not measure the useful capacity a physical network delivers.

Grass-linked reporting pairs dollar-linked spot-market access with stricter filtering of automated traffic and abusive participants, plus a participant call on progress and milestones. The historical comparison is between a market for rewards and a market for delivered capacity. A token quote gives contributors a price signal, while uptime and useful data depend on the work accepted by the network. Filtering and open operator feedback should explain which contributions earn payment. The ability to sell a reward, the depth available for that sale and the quality of the underlying service are separate measures.
