BCP buybacks: revenue is not trading volume

A reported revenue-allocation policy needs a defined base and an execution record.

The BlockChip-referenced account says 98 percent of revenue is used to repurchase BCP. The accounting base is revenue, so transaction volume cannot serve as its denominator. Assessing it requires the revenue definition, accounting period and purchases actually completed. Prizes, referral fees, transaction volume and token repurchases should remain separate figures. The distinction is especially important in a live broadcast or contest, where an impressive activity total can sit beside a buyback claim without demonstrating how much money funded it.
