Keeping assets with their owners until agreement reduces intermediary custody, but the exact collection contracts and requested permissions still matter. BabyDoge's separate shelter discussion concerns food, vaccinations and volunteers, not a demonstrated link between this exchange and charitable payments. A swap, a reward and a voluntary contribution need distinct approvals; neither a collectible balance nor a transaction receipt proves that aid reached its recipient.
