Collector Agents Should Prepare, Not Purchase

Itinerary planning need not transfer spending authority.

The ASI Alliance-referenced itinerary proposal lets an agent combine preferences, budget, travel limits and event hours into a plan. Comparing schedules and preparing a visit are different from authorizing a purchase. Each proposed action should expose its cost and required credential while the collector retains the final signature. A possession proof, an earned skill and a person's travel history are also different data: an assistant should receive only what its task needs. Replacing the agent should not require surrendering collection identity.
