Jito's thousand-epoch discussion puts attention on whether delegation, rewards and withdrawals remain understandable after launch. Separately, Phantom's notice describes Robinhood Chain becoming available after a wallet update. These are an operating-history milestone and an access change, not a common investment product. A network selector should still identify the active chain, fee asset and exit route; an epoch receipt should identify the operator, unlock conditions and claim path. Availability alone does not show that a balance can move between networks.
