The reported moves of Crypto Unicorns and Pixel Vault's BattlePlan toward Xai illustrate a historical game-migration problem, not a new August launch. Players, game state, owned objects, pending rewards, marketplace orders and disputes must remain connected through a change of execution environment. Migration becomes real when ordinary play survives the change.
A signed cutoff and a separate queue for late events make reconciliation more legible. Each state class needs a final owner and traceable outcome, while a destination outage requires a usable rollback path. Keeping the source read-only until destination totals agree protects continuity better than treating a marketing countdown as proof that every object arrived.
