Sentry Reward Halving and Boundary Accounting

Reward eligibility must be separated from claim and display timing.

Xai's historical Sentry reward account describes daily emissions halving automatically when supply crossed a programmed threshold, with blocks continuing through the transition. That report supplies a boundary-accounting case, not a dated measurement of current rewards. The last full-rate block, first reduced-rate block, eligible keys, total emissions and rounding behavior need separate reconciliation. A delayed indexer or claim should not rewrite the rate attached to the eligible event. Rewards earned before the boundary remain distinct from later emissions, gas spending and game payments.
