Stablecoin Payroll Must Reach the Worker

Stablecoin wages depend on usable cash redemption.

Zebec's payroll announcement describes connecting stablecoin wages to cash collection through a worldwide remittance network. It does not name that network. A successful onchain transfer is only the first part of delivery: conversion terms, collection availability, identity checks and the worker's final receipt determine whether the wage is usable. A payroll route should be judged by lawful delivery, disclosed cost and successful recovery, not by the market price of the asset used to move the wage between systems.
