Wyoming's FRNT Links Public Issuance and Multichain Settlement
Reserve backing and network reliability are separate questions.
Published Updated

Wyoming's Stable Token Commission presents FRNT as the first fiat-backed, fully reserved stable token issued by a United States public body, with Polygon among its settlement chains. The institutional distinction does not remove the need to examine reserve attestations, redemption behavior and administrative control. A reserve claim concerns backing; chain congestion or unavailability concerns access to settlement. Assessing the instrument requires keeping those risks separate rather than treating public issuance as a guarantee of uninterrupted redemption.
