Obelisk Rising Keeps Development in View

Illuvium's persistence message concerns an unfinished game, while engine integration offers a separate production lens.

Illuvium's message around Obelisk Rising emphasized continued development and belief in gaming, saying the project was getting closer. It was a statement of intent and progress, not a release date or a completed-build assessment. The useful distinction is between a team continuing to work and a new player being able to complete the experience.

Xai's Unity and Unreal builder paths offer a separate example of production support. Engine integration can bring identity, ownership and settlement work into the normal build cycle, exposing problems before release. Removing blocking dependencies is a stronger progress signal than elapsed development time alone.
