The cited Beldex material used a public word hunt to introduce infrastructure vocabulary. Chainlink's accompanying message placed secure data, interoperability, compliance and orchestration at the boundary between traditional and decentralized finance. The first is an educational activity; the second describes a service architecture, not a newly measured adoption result.
The practical connection is that a transaction can depend on several systems even when the interface appears unified. A data source can fail while execution remains available, or an authorization rule can reject an otherwise valid transfer. Naming those dependencies makes diagnosis more precise. It also keeps connectivity from being mistaken for either permission to act or evidence that a final settlement has occurred.
