nPRIME Vault Passes $10 Million as Ether.fi Adds Allocation
Ether.fi reported that Plume’s nPRIME vault passed $10 million and would receive an allocation, expanding onchain access to Figure-originated home-equity credit exposure.

Ether.fi said on October 8 that Plume’s nPRIME vault had passed $10 million in total value locked in a little over a week and would receive an allocation from Ether.fi. The announcement did not disclose the allocation size. During review on October 11, Plume’s live page showed about $21.3 million across six holders, a later snapshot rather than an audited measure of the October 8 milestone.
Plume describes nPRIME as a vault over Hastra’s PRIME token. Hastra participates in Figure’s Democratized Prime marketplace, which finances pools of Figure-originated home-equity lines of credit. The exposure is therefore layered credit and liquidity risk, not direct ownership of homes. Plume lists a 1–4 day typical redemption period and protocol-level screening; returns, losses and withdrawal capacity still depend on the underlying loans, auctions and vault structure.
