On September 30, 2026, Open Standard announced OUSD with integration paths for minting and burning the token 1:1. Its launch page says OUSD is native on Base, Ethereum, Solana and Tempo, and is available initially through Coinbase, Kraken and Uniswap. It identifies Bridge, a Stripe company, as the issuer and publishes contract addresses for the supported networks.

Open Standard says reserves are held through arrangements involving BlackRock, Lead Bank and BNY, and that monthly attestations are planned. It also says 200+ partners support the standard. These are the issuer's descriptions of the launch and reserve framework; the page does not independently establish reserve sufficiency, completed monthly attestations, transaction volume, liquidity depth or deployment of a Uniswap v4 hook.
