Pacific Meta announced on October 16 that it entered a strategic partnership with Chainlink Labs and adopted Chainlink CCIP as its preferred interoperability solution. The Japan-based company also listed Chainlink’s Automated Compliance Engine on its Partner Solutions marketplace. It described the initial work as market development, business development, and onchain identity and compliance infrastructure for Japanese financial institutions and enterprises.

The announcement establishes a provider relationship and product preference, not a completed customer deployment. Pacific Meta says more services are planned, while the named institutional uses remain future initiatives. Evidence of implementation will require named deployments, production traffic, or customer outcomes rather than the partnership statement alone.
