Pendle Introduces PendleLoop for Leveraged Yield and Trading
The interface combines yield looping and leveraged long or short exposure, with liquidation and execution risks still borne by users.

Pendle announced PendleLoop on October 22 as an interface for leveraged yield and directional trading. Its Earn flow can repeatedly use yield-bearing assets as collateral through lending markets such as Aave or Morpho, while Long/Short offers leveraged exposure to supported tokens, including tokenized stocks. Pendle said most PendleLoop fees are waived through December 31, excluding its existing PT Looping route.
Looping can multiply both yield and risk. Pendle’s documentation says leverage is created by borrowing against collateral and buying more of the same position; estimates are not guarantees, loan rates can change and liquidation remains possible. The launch makes those workflows easier to assemble, but it does not remove lending-market, oracle, liquidity or smart-contract risk.
