Ripple Custody 1.43 Adds Canton Network Support
Ripple Custody’s 1.43 long-term-support release adds Canton Coin and CIP-56 custody and transfers through a customer-operated validator model.

Ripple released Custody version 1.43 on October 5 with support for Canton Network. The long-term-support release lets customers hold and transfer Canton Coin and CIP-56 tokens through the same policy engine and audit trail used for other supported assets.
The integration uses a bring-your-own-validator model: the customer or its node provider operates the Canton validator while Ripple Custody manages party keys and approval policy. Canton access is available on-premises and through a hybrid SaaS model, and this release manages it through the API. The release establishes product availability, but it does not report customer adoption, assets under custody or transaction volume.
