Startale Card Begins a Phased Launch
Early contributors can activate a virtual card backed by USDSC, while wider access remains subject to eligibility and the staged rollout.

Startale said its Card began a phased launch on November 2, first for early ecosystem contributors and then for waitlist users in priority order. The virtual card is activated through Startale App after identity checks and uses USDSC for purchases. Startale’s published terms identify third-party program providers and say availability, fees and conditions may vary. This is a limited rollout, not proof that every reservation has become an active card or that the product is available in every jurisdiction.
