STRC moves to daily accrual from November 1, while STRF, STRK and STRD follow on January 1; declared payments remain distinct from the cadence amendment.
Strategy said shareholders approved its daily-dividends amendment on October 28. STRC is scheduled to accrue dividends for every calendar day beginning November 1, 2026; STRF, STRK and STRD are scheduled to adopt the same daily cadence from January 1, 2027, including weekends and holidays.
The change alters record-date frequency, not a guarantee of every future payment. Strategy reported a 12% annual STRC rate and separate board-authorized dividend declarations. Its October 29 results also said the company held $4.83 billion in its USD Reserve plus $242.4 million in USD Cash, which it described as about 3.4 years of dividend and interest coverage.
