A rough codebase and five open blockchain questions

Background: As January ended, the studio needed to turn scattered blockchain concerns into questions it could keep working on. Today: At the month-end review, the codebase had begun to take shape, and the whiteboard’s “blockchain problems” list had grown to five items. Impact and next: The team moved from verbal worries to a list it could inspect item by item, and the code offered a starting point for further trials.

A creative chronicle combining project history with imagined scenes. Story events are not verification of network activity.

Background: As January ended, the studio needed to turn scattered blockchain concerns into questions it could keep working on. The whiteboard’s “blockchain problems” list had begun with slow confirmations; now the team needed to sort out which concerns affected the prototype and which were still simply things to investigate.

Today: At the month-end review, the codebase had begun to take shape, and the whiteboard’s “blockchain problems” list had grown to five items. A-Zhen read through them; teammates marked the ones they could observe in prototype playtests. For points they could not yet verify, the group decided to state the assumptions clearly rather than let gaps pass for conclusions.

Impact and next: The team moved from verbal worries to a list it could inspect item by item, and the code offered a starting point for further trials. The five questions remained unresolved. Playtests would help distinguish actual obstacles from speculation; the month-end review did not settle the choice of chain.
