Context: The studio has just received an encouraging reply from Tyson’s team, and their first video meeting is set for next week. A-Zhen handles the technical handoff; today the team needs to make sure the presentation and equipment can hold up.
Today: The team rehearsed the video call three times, checking the art and gameplay materials page by page. During the third run, the demo machine suddenly showed a blue screen once, and the room fell silent. After restarting it, they went through the speaking order again and noted that a backup device needed to be checked first.
Impact and next: The rehearsal steadied the order of the presentation, but also exposed the risk of depending on a single machine. The team decided to recheck the equipment and prepare an alternative before the call; whether next week’s demo runs smoothly still depends on the equipment’s reliability.
