Completing a DAG Set Without a Roadmap

It was the weekend. Night Watchman filled the gaps in his DAG common card set, saying, “They aren’t expensive right now anyway.” With the set complete, he could examine the existing cards without gaps, though he had spent some of the budget he might have kept for later activities.

It was the weekend. DAG common cards had been listed on the secondary market for a while, with little trading. Night Watchman, a longtime community member, still lacked a few cards for his set. Some in the group were hesitant because the pigeon racing cards announced earlier in the year had yet to appear.

Night Watchman filled the gaps in his DAG common card set, saying, “They aren’t expensive right now anyway.” When someone asked whether he knew what the cards would be used for later, he said he only wanted to put his current set in order and did not know what came next. He noted which cards had been missing so he would not later present his own choice as inside information.

With the set complete, he could examine the existing cards without gaps, though he had spent some of the budget he might have kept for later activities. He decided to get familiar with the combinations he held before considering new cards. There was still no answer about when the pigeon racing cards would appear or what a complete DAG set might be used for.
