The announcement had brought many newcomers, and questions about the testnet, nodes, and Final Form crowded into the same chat. The Night Watchman, a longtime community member, found that answering messages one by one gave later arrivals little sense of the whole discussion. He arranged a weekend voice AMA.
The Night Watchman organized the first community voice AMA. Before it began, the question list had already reached two pages. He asked participants to distinguish announced plans from plans with no date. When some pressed for news of the testnet, he grouped similar questions together and made room for newcomers’ basic questions.
The voice session brought scattered concerns into one conversation for the first time. The Night Watchman also heard which explanations could too easily sound like firm commitments. He planned to collect questions that remained unclear for later follow-up; one conversation could not settle a two-page list.
