The Odyssey had just been extended, and the points platform’s security problem was still unresolved. The weekend could have been used to plan the next round of testing, but the Night Watchman saw the group’s attention shift to events beyond the project.
Geopolitical conflict broke out in the Middle East, lifting demand for safety and leaving markets on edge. Some people still wanted to discuss tasks as usual; others found it hard to focus on points.
