Saturday’s group chat was still caught up in the sharp rise and pullback of the preceding days. Sisyphus had entered the community through the airdrop at the start of the year and endured deeper losses. Now he heard familiar voices debating whether to sell.
Some thought the rebound was enough and wanted to take money off the table; others feared selling before another rise. Sisyphus recalled the farewell post he had once drafted and then deleted. He admitted the argument tempted him, but chose to keep holding, once again. He did not present his choice as advice to anyone else.
Holding spared him from chasing either side of the chat for now, but left the question of when to sell unresolved. He planned to step back from the immediate argument and write down exit conditions he could live with once he had calmed down. Whether he could follow them would be tested by the next swing.
