Xai Fixes Sentry Key Supply at 50,000
Xai disclosed a permanent 50,000-key cap, a tiered sale starting near $300 in ETH, and XAI rewards for licensed Sentry operators.

By November 8, the Sentry sale design had a fixed maximum of 50,000 license keys and a December 6 start date. The first tier was priced at roughly $300 in ETH on Arbitrum, with later tiers increasing as more keys were sold.
A key licensed a running Sentry to submit observations and earn XAI network rewards; the software itself could be downloaded without one. The structure made scarce licenses, rather than heavy hardware, the economic gate to reward participation.
