Xai Reaches Its First Emissions Halving
The protocol crossed its first supply threshold and automatically reduced daily Sentry emissions from about 1.71 million to 856,164 esXAI.

When combined XAI and esXAI supply crossed the first threshold, the protocol reduced daily esXAI emissions for Sentry participation by half. The event followed the published tranche model rather than a discretionary vote or manual schedule change.
The halving changed the flow of newly issued Sentry rewards. Circulating supply also depended on unlocks, redemptions and burns, while node participation affected how rewards were shared and market behavior shaped demand.
