The follow-up said it had used Polygon because distributing the collectibles on Ethereum was costly. It described a route back to Ethereum requiring MATIC and a wait for checkpoints, and warned that slow RPC responses could delay visibility. The lower-cost distribution therefore did not remove the recipient's cross-network work; it shifted part of that work to the withdrawal process.
