Wallet support suggested Solflare as an alternative client

During wallet troubleshooting, Diablo suggested reinstalling the application or trying Solflare, which he preferred on mobile. He explained that an existing wallet could be used in another client and separately reminded users never to share their recovery phrase with anyone.
