As June drew to a close, Xai had been announced and its trademark put into commercial use, while the team worked toward mainnet. In the community, the more immediate questions were when the first task competition would end and what players could do next with their Final Form cards.

BTC closed at USD 30,400. Officials reminded players that the first task competition had two days left and said the Final Form public beta was expected in December. Once that beta began, Chromos would be obtainable only by winning battles. Some players reconsidered whether to stake their cards now, wary of mistaking the current extraction method for a lasting rule.

The announcement and trademark launch closed out the first half's work, with mainnet still ahead. The short competition window and the planned change to Chromos gave players a decision to make: understand how their cards worked before committing them under the current rules. The beta's date and how its play would work in practice remained unsettled.
