Limited-edition card caps explained by set and edition

The team specified supply caps for each set and edition of limited-edition cards: 100,000 Common, 20,000 Rare, 4,000 Epic and 1,250 Legendary cards.

It said total supply per set had decreased while the Legendary allocation had increased, to reduce the risk of Epic-card collectors reaching the Legendary cap before evolving their cards. With Final Form still being developed and adjusted through playtesting, the team emphasized balance and enjoyable play. At the time, it had no plans to charge for cards and said it would continue offering limited-edition sets for free.
