Card caps clarified by collection and edition

An administrator clarified that card limits applied to each collection and each edition, including a cap of 1,250 for every Legendary DAG edition.

The clarification gave a prospective rollover: after 1,250 first-edition Legendary DAGs were minted through evolution, later evolutions would produce second-edition Legendary DAGs, also capped at 1,250.
