Galxe snapshot update issue reported

An administrator reported that Galxe snapshot updates were failing with HTTP 422 while wallet task-completion lists were being updated. The notice said tasks could continue and points could be claimed later while support was contacted.

For Web3 Warriors tasks, the same notice specified two steps: craft the required item and then withdraw it to the wallet.
