A Rebuilt Queue After the Minting Page Fails

A creative chronicle combining project history with imagined scenes. Story events are not verification of network activity.

October opened with Pioneer avatar minting still a daily entry point to the testnet campaign. The previous day's requests had overwhelmed the minting page, leaving many participants facing errors. A-Zhen, who worked on the chain side, needed to distinguish problems before a transaction from problems on the queue page.

BTC recovered to USD 27,000. The developers rewrote the minting page's queue system overnight and said it could now handle 1,000 times the previous load. A-Zhen asked people reporting errors to distinguish a page that would not open, a stalled queue, and an unfinished transaction, so the different failures would not be treated as one fault. The developers' capacity claim still had to face subsequent requests.

Participants who could only refresh an error page the day before now at least had a way to try again. A-Zhen planned to collect precise failure points and pass them to the developers. The queue had changed, but the “1,000 times” claim alone could not establish how smoothly it would run under sustained pressure.
