The Day 46 Vanguard PFP mint cutoff and the separate Zealy snapshot were both listed as October 13 at 1:00 AM. The original notice supplies no timezone for either time.

After the mint snapshot was taken and updated, Galxe participants were to have a 24-hour window to claim points before the Galxe points snapshot. Distribution of the first commemorative contributor NFTs was planned for November.
